- Copy of training certificates
- Copy of DBS (£60 for a new one + an address history of 5years) – if you are on the update service please provide details.
- Copy of ID Documents i.e. Passport/ Drivers Licence.
- Proof of address x 2 (Bank statement, utility bill or council tax-dated within the last 3months).
- Passport size pictures x 2.
