Good morning, what a lovely afternoon I spent with my son and staff yesterday. We had a good walk, sorted out the world’s problems and enjoyed the sunshine. I always enjoy spending time with my son and his amazing team of carers. I am very happy to be interviewed by the CQC inspector if you would like me to.

They were all really hard workers appeared adaptable which is fab. LW immediately built up a rapport with one of our slightly demanding residents and that is rare for this resident.

On a positive note, the staff and I just want to say how impressed we have been with NC, SD and LW. They have really taken the time to learn the routines of the tenants, they are happy and willing to help with anything that is needed, and they are keen to learn. Please don’t think we are unhappy with the other staff we have had at 32 helping with support, because we aren’t. They have just stood out about the rest and we felt Frendy should know. Thanks for all your support as always.

FHS24 Nursing + Care Agency have been supporting Buxton House since I joined the team in 2016. Working with FHS24 as a partner agency has been a delight. They helped us with care staff cover and continue to support us on weekly basis. I find FHS24 staff highly trained, respectful, professional and caring. Each week we are supported by the same members of staff, which makes it easier to support our Residents as they know their needs, and are part of the Team.
