Nourish Care Management System
We have introduced a digital care management system and removed the manual system.
The advantages of the digital care management system are to allow the management teams access to all the care and support plans and daily updates in real time. Additionally, families are given access to their loved one’s care plans in real time, so they can keep track of the care being provided.
