NOTE: It is a statutory requirement for any employee to make a full disclosure of any criminal record, however trivial it may seem.
Prior to commencement of employment you will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) form, formally known as a Criminal Records Bureau check which FHS24 will arrange. On receipt of this, any declaration of criminal record – self declared or reported by the DBS – is likely to be discussed in confidence by a representative of the Company, a satisfactory outcome of any such discussions is essential.
The requirement to declare any criminal record is mandatory, making a false or inaccurate statement will be treated as misconduct and/or an act of dishonesty. Applicants who fail to make a declaration will not be offered a place
